This privacy policy defines and informs you of the manner in which Evolutive Agronomy uses and protects any information that you may transmit when using this site, which is accessible from the following URL: evolutiveagronomy.com.

1. PERSONAL DATA
In general, you may visit the Evolutive Agronomy site without communicating any personal information about yourself. In any event, you are under no obligation to transmit this information to Evolutive Agronomy. Evolutive Agronomy undertakes to respond to your request for access, rectification or opposition or any other additional request for information within a reasonable period of time, which may not exceed 1 month from receipt of your request.

– 8. Authorised service providers and transfer to a country outside the European Union
Evolutive Agronomy informs you that it has recourse to its authorised service providers to facilitate the collection and processing of the data you have communicated to us. These service providers may be located outside the European Union and may receive data collected via the various forms on the Site.
Evolutive Agronomy has previously ensured that its service providers provide adequate guarantees and comply with strict conditions in terms of confidentiality, use and data protection.
